Return & Replacement Policy

Returns (non-personalized items)

• We accept returns on any non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Custom & personalized items

• Custom and personalized products are non-refundable, since they’re made specifically for you.
• They are still fully covered by our Safe Delivery Guarantee.

Safe Delivery Guarantee

• If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the damage and packaging so we can take care of it quickly.

Lost packages

• If the carrier loses your package, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Exchanges

• We do not offer item-for-item exchanges at this time, but eligible items can be returned for a refund as noted above.
