Privacy Policy

What we collect when you order

• Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (if you give one), so we can print, ship and reach you about your order.
• Payment is handled by Square. Your card details go straight to Square and never touch our servers; we only see the last four digits and the card brand.
• What you ordered, including any custom options such as colors or engraving text.

Accounts

• Creating an account is optional; you can always check out as a guest.
• Sign-in is handled by Clerk. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, nothing else.
• Your account shows past orders by matching the email on the account to the email on your orders, plus any items you save to your wishlist.
• You can delete your account and its data at any time from the profile menu on your account page, or by emailing us.

Reviews

• When you leave a review we store the rating, text, your name and email. The site shows your first name and last initial only; your email is never shown and is used to mark verified purchases and to stop duplicate reviews.

Email

• We send order confirmations and shipping updates for every order. Those are transactional, not marketing.
• Marketing emails (new drops, live schedules) go only to people who ticked the box at checkout or signed up on the site. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• Emails are sent through Brevo and Square.

Cookies and analytics

• Your cart and sign-in session live in your browser. We use Google Analytics to see which pages and products are popular; it does not receive your name or email.
• Your browser also remembers the last few items you looked at. When you place an order, that short list is saved with it so we can pick a fitting thank-you or answer questions about your order. It is never shared or used for advertising.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who we share data with

• Only the services needed to run the shop: Square (orders and payments), Clerk (sign-in), Brevo (email), Shippo and the carriers (shipping labels and tracking), Google (analytics and Google sign-in), and Cloudflare (hosting).
• We share what is needed for the job and nothing more.

Your choices

• Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• The shop is for adults and parents; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
